Shipping Prices

Shipping and handling to all countries in the world are free when you shop for more than $38. Otherwise we charge you $8 for worldwide shipping. We provide this service as we have a genuine desire to make the Internet an easier and better place to do business. The price you see on the check out page inputting your personal information is the final price. To keep the shipping cost down we will send the products as ordinary Parcel Post.

How Does Subscription Work?

1) On the front page you click the link "Subscribe to Dental Products"
2) Select how many packages you want in each shipment. You can choose between 1-10. Remember that you need to shop for more than $38 to qualify for free shipping.
3) Select how often you want a new delivery.
4) Select the product(s) you want to receive in your first order.
5) Input your name, address and payment info.
Your subscription is ready and within a couple of days you'll receive your first delivery.
6) When the time comes for your next delivery you will receive an email. In this email you check off which products(s) you want this time and the quantity. If you do not check off any products, you'll automatically receive the ones you had delivered in your first subscription order.

Return and Refund

You can return all dental products still in its/their sealed package. You cannot return used products, so make sure that you do not open the product package if you want to return it. All products returned in an sealed package will be fully refunded or a new product will be sent to you. All you have to do is to send the product(s) back to us, no later than 21 calendar days after you received it. If products are returned because we made an error, we will of course happily return your shipping costs.

Please also remember to state your name, address and e-mail and please provide us with the following information:

"1 - New product:" (A new product will be shipped to you)
"2 - Refund:" (We will refund your payment)

When we have received your package, we will refund the money to your credit card account or send you a new product within a week. You will be notified via email, when we have received your package.

Subscribe and Unsubscribe to Newsletter

When you have ordered goods from PostMe you'll sometimes be given the option to subscribe to our newsletter (depends on the site and your purchase). In every newsletter you receive you'll find an unsubscribe link and we do not send out unsolicited emails.

I Get an Error When I Try to Pay!

There are many ways to solve this problem. Firstly you have to make sure that you have the latest version of your browser. We suggest Firefox, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. Maybe you can solve the problem by emptying your cache and deleting your cookies. Please refer to your Browser settings. Finally it can be a server problem and maybe we're not aware of it yet, so please feel free contact the support. You can contact us here. Thank you!

Several of the products we sell at PostMeDental.com will or could require some instructions before use. We always include these instructions in our packages, but if you have any additional questions, please contact the support.
